CF Sail Boat: In addition, we will make available for a nominal fee the CF BRAND NEW 40+ FOOT SAIL BOAT WITH CREW for the exclusive use by you and your guests for a 1/2 day private tour with wine and cheese. You will not share your private tour with any other guests.
As our guest you will have the COMPLIMENTARY USE of the fitness center, open air pool with flower gardens and poolside bar, room service and 24 hour security services.
Check-Out Fee: There may be a charge depending on length of stay, number of guests, and daily rate.
* In the event guests smoke inside the Penthouse there will be an extra cleaning fee of $500.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policies:
Holding Your Reservation
Pre-payment of one night's room rate will be charged to the credit card that you provide at time of booking. This amount may vary during holidays and/or depending on length of stay.
Arrival
Christian Francis, Inc. has a no cash policy at check-in. A credit card will be required at time of check-in to guarantee payment and cash will be accepted only at check-out. On the check-in date the remaining balance will be charged to collect the total cost for the entire duration of stay. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented upon arrival. No credit will be given for early departure. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Late check-out or early check-in is on request only and not guaranteed. Check-out time may be extended up to 12 noon upon availability. Check-out time past 12 noon and up until 3 pm will incur a charge equal to 1/2 a day's room rate and past 3 pm will incur a full day's room rate.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation until 21 working days prior to arrival, local hotel time (EST), unless otherwise specified in your terms of reservation. Please note: If you must cancel after the deadline we will assess a fee equal to one night of the room charge (the first night of your reservation). Cancellation of a discount/special rate reservation may incur a penalty charge equal to the cost of the entire stay. For the dates December 26th to March 31st guests who do not cancel within the time described will be charged the cost of the entire stay.
Money Back Guarantee Policy
Upon arrival and initial inspection, if this exclusive Penthouse does not match what you expect we will refund back your deposit. Return of deposit past the cancellation deadline date due to dissatisfaction with suite upon arrival and initial inspection is per the discretion of the Manager and requires actual physical presence of the guest and does not apply if the guest is a No Show. Guest is required to present an I.D. and sign "Dissatisfaction with Penthouse" form as a record of their presence on arrival date. Speciality holidays and special rate offers are excluded.
Hotel Policy
During high season, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights during most weekends. The designated dates differentiating the seasons are subject to change without notice. Discount/Special rates are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Minimum nights may be required for specialty dates and holidays.

We do not share, rent, or sell any personal information you have given us to any third party without your permission, except when required by law, subpoena or other legal process or in order to protect the safety of the public. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. We will use this information in order to customize and enhance the services we offer our customers. We may share non-personal aggregate, or summary, information regarding our customers with partners or other third parties, but we do not sell or share any information at the individual customer level.
